For process design and reengineering, Annmarie uses the methodologies of Geary Rummler and Alan Brache as set forth in their book, Improving Performance-How to Manage the White Space on the Organization Chart. She has worked on tasks such setting up the financial system for an eBusiness startup, helping an IT organization develop a project management system and streamlining the financial system for a non-profit.

Project Management is done using the techniques incorporated in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
