Electronic Payment Exchange – designed and installed a project management process for the IT department. Viable, high priority projects are being done on time, on budget.

Wilmington Trust – managed projects and served as subject matter expert for systems implementations, outsourcings, product development, mergers and acquisitions and incentive plans. Managed the design, installation and training for a project management process. The PM process is in wide use within the bank.

Pureskill/Walker Digital – designed business processes from the ground up for an Internet startup. Site to be launched sometime in late 2001.

First USA/BankOne – member of a team formed to establish a process to roll out marketing programs. A more disciplined process in marketing resulted in cost control, significant error reduction and improved customer service.

CIDX (Chemical Industry Data Exchange) – business process subject matter expert, data architect and marketing group lead for this chemical industry IT group. XML based data exchange standards developed to streamline industrial business processes.

DuPont – Team resource for a group that was exploring the development of a plastic beer bottle. Worked closely with DuPont employees and McKinsey consultants on market assessment and strategy development for a potentially large market opportunity. Contributed to the efficient and effective use of the time of executives and high cost consultants.

IBLCE (International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners) – performed a market study, developed a strategy and plan to expand the client base of this organization.

Armoloy Company of Philadelphia – worked with owner and key employees to develop business strategy, marketing strategy, provide sales training and general management consulting. Sales volume and profitability increased concluding with the successful sale of the business.
