Barry is focused on Business Process Improvement/Reengineering. He uses the proven Rummler/Brache methodology as outlined in the book Improving Performance-How to Manage the White Space on the Organization Chart. This technology starts with a business problem and works through a series of steps to define the organizational, unit and individual parameters that must be addressed. He has used this successfully in consulting with large and small companies. His insights on business processes were instrumental in guiding the development of standards for communicating transactions between buyers and sellers in the chemical industry.
Using a variety of methods, he has help three groups sharpen business and marketing strategies. These strategies are translated in to tactics and tasks that can be easily understood and implemented by the line organization. His philosophy is that the job is not done until changes have been institutionalized and his client is seeing improved results.
Barry worked for DuPont in a variety of positions that cover all the functional areas of a business. Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Management and Planning assignments have given him a broad background that can be used to help you with your companies’ improvement projects. One of his jobs involved setting up distribution in Europe, Asia and South America which gives him an appreciation of the challenges involved in working in a cross cultural environment.

Annmarie Pawlowicz-BS, MBA, CPA
Annmarie specializes in helping clients in project management and process design/reengineering. She is one of the highest energy people you will ever meet and has exceptional interpersonal skills. In several client situations she has demonstrated the ability to come into an organization and quickly understand how it operates formally and informally.
For process design and reengineering, Annmarie uses the methodologies of Geary Rummler and Alan Brache as set forth in their book, Improving Performance-How to Manage the White Space on the Organization Chart. This methodology is a best practice used by several multinational corporations in their continual effort to improve internal business processes. She has worked on tasks such setting up the financial system for an eBusiness startup, helping an IT organization develop a project management system and streamlining the financial system for a non-profit.
Project Management is done using the techniques incorporated in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). These tools are the work of the PMI’s Standards Committee. Annmarie can manage the project for you or teach your staff how to manage projects successfully.
